Bottom hosts top
Watford host Liverpool at Vicarage road on Saturday during matchday 28 of the Premier League. Watford will be hoping to simply avoid defeat which might just be enough to temporarily lift them out of the bottom 3 whilst Liverpool will see this as another steppingstone towards a maiden Prem title.
Watford
The boys in yellow are up against it following a real tough run of things that has yielded a very disappointing return of 2 points from 5 games. The latest blow came against a revitalised United side that absolutely pummelled them for the better part of 90 minutes during a 3-0 route at Old Trafford, read more about that correct tip here.
Still in with a chance
There is still time to salvage their season with 11 games left but it is looking increasingly likely that The Hornets will be spending next season in the second tier of English football.
Albeit a small one
Here's why; their next 3 fixtures are Liverpool (H), Crystal Palace (A) and Leicester (H) which are all very, very tough. Following the Leicester fixture are however 5 very winnable games against position that are not much higher up the table but this is where the pressure will be on. The last couple of fixtures of the 2019/2020 season are Manchester City (H) and Arsenal (A) where they will only dream of clinching 6 points meaning that it's most probably make or break during those 5 fixtures jammed in between the hard ones.
No one will be expecting Pearson's men to clinch anything against the champions to be, not even them.
Liverpool
The Reds suffered their first defeat of the season away to a savage Atletico Madrid defence but bounced back superbly in a very hard-fought 3-2 win at home to West Ham leaving them 22 points above second placed City which is absolutely mind-blowing.
Tough period awaits them
Klopp's men are entering a crunch period containing 6 games in just 23 days meaning that they have a game every 3,83 days which is absolutely brutal. They aren't just any games they can send out reserves to play either with crucial fixtures including the return fixture against Atletico Madrid, an FA Cup quarter final against Chelsea and a Merseyside derby included in those 6 games.
Ridiculously dominant
Liverpool travel to London's outskirts yet to lose a league game this season along with an away goal-difference of 26-6. Another extremely impressive aspect is the focus they have had, no matter the opposition Liverpool have been relentless, refusing to give up a single inch without a fight despite the fact that they are already 22 points ahead of Manchester City.
Watford do not stand a chance. They shouldn't at least.
Betting tip
Liverpool have dominated everyone and everything and Watford will be no exception. Pool are strangely overpriced which is why i will take advantage of a (1) Liverpool handicap win at 11/10 with Betway.
