United to draw with United at Old Trafford
Manchester United and West Ham United both had successful adventures in European competition during midweek, and the two sides meet on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League at Old Trafford. Read our preview here:
Ridicule is nothing to be scared of, Ant
The Red Devils made certain of their qualification to the next stage of the Europa League with a game to spare after their routine 3-0 win over FC Sheriff Tiraspol. Cristiano Ronaldo returned to action and scored late on, whilst Argentinian youngster Alejandro Garnacho looked lively on his first ever competitive start at senior level. The latter is not expected to be in the XI again, whilst on the other side of attacking midfield, many eyes will be on Antony. The Brazilian was hauled off at half-time, though whether that had anything to do with a piece of showboating that didn't come off is unclear, given the ridiculous overreaction from some pundits to it.
Dawson's creaking
Craig Dawson has a thigh problem, so he'll have a late fitness test to determine if he can play any part on Sunday. The veteran centre back only properly came back from his last injury earlier in the month, but David Moyes at least has some depth in the heart of defence to make up for his absence. Thilo Kehrer will continue to partner Kurt Zouma, with the latter a huge threat from set pieces. Elsewhere, Jarrod Bowen will undergo a similar check to Dawson. His absence would be a blow in attack.
