Rashford to drive Man Utd to another home win
Manchester United will be looking to extend their fine unbeaten home record in all competitions to 16 matches when they welcome managerless rivals Leeds United to Old Trafford on Wednesday night. The Yorkshire outfit sacked Jesse Marsch at the beginning of the week with the visitors winless since November and hovering just above the relegation zone. Marcus Rashford and co are unlikely to make their predicament any easier. Read our preview here:
Mart business
Erik ten Hag will once again be without Casemiro after the defensive midfielder picked up a straight red card during their 2-1 win over Crystal Palace. That should open the door for a first start for Bayern Munich loanee Marcel Sabitzer alongside Fred, particularly with both Donny van de Beek and Christian Eriksen injured for the foreseeable future. Wout Weghorst will lead the line again as Anthony Martial is still sidelined. At the back, Lisandro Martínez continues to defy critics who thought he'd be too short to compete aerially in the Premier League, and has instead been arguably the hosts' most reliable stopper in the four man defence.
Deadly Sins
Patrick Bamford will of course test those credentials, but the big story for the visitors is their search for yet another head coach. Michael Skubala will take charge whilst the board search for a more permanent person to take the helm. On the pitch, Rodrigo will be out until April as he requires surgery, leaving the attacking quartet to pick themselves at this juncture. 19 year old Wilfried Gnonto continues to excite fans when he cuts in from the left; Jack Harrison's deadline day move to Leicester City fell through, but he'll continue in the hole. Bamford's hold-up play will bring Luis Sinisterra into the approach play. The Colombian needs to up his output if he's to be more than just threatening in the final third.
Betting tip
Parimatch have odds of 5.50 for Rashford to continue his red-hot form and score at least twice in the game.
