The theatre of upcoming nightmares?
The international break is, after what felt like an age, finally over and everything is back to normal. However, it remains to be seen if United fall right back into mediocrity and continue their win-less run of 3 games or if they can turn it around a very competent Leicester side under Brendan Rodgers tutelage.
Manchester United
The weeks leading up to the international break will be ones to forget for the Red Devil's who drew 2 games and lost the other leaving them with 5 points after 4 games and a very disappointing 8th place.
Solskjaer's men will have hopefully regained a little of their evaporated confidence over the break but a more pressing issue is their mounting injury list with Shaw now ruled out as well as Pogba, Martial and Wan-Bissaka all currently nursing minor injuries with a decent chance of missing out altogether on Saturday.
It looked so promising after their 4-2 win over Chelsea but all of that momentum and hype did a Houdini and vanished before our eyes which was evident in their 1-2 loss AT HOME to Crystal Palace followed by an absolutely dismal performance against Southampton where they failed to win despite playing with one more man for a good 20 minutes.
Rashford has so far not been able to mantle the role of the goal-scoring saviour they desperately need and the "creative" players like Lingard and Mata have accomplished absolutely nothing for quite a while now, dire times indeed.
I would, to say the least, be very worried if i were a United fan as Leicester is not exactly the go-to team to play against when in need of a confidence boost.
Leicester
The Foxes can currently be found in 4th place with 8 points to their name after amassing 2 draws and as many wins in their 4 outings and have in the process showed that they are very capable of challenging for a top 4 finish.
A few interesting things to know that reiterate the fact that Leicester could be in the top 4 to stay is that since Rodgers appointment on March 3rd, only 2 other teams have taken more league points than them (obviously Liverpool and City).
They are also only 1 of 3 teams that have yet to taste defeat this season and i do not see why that suite will cease to continue against a rather fragile United side despite the game taking place at the Theatre of dreams.
P.S.
I quite fancy Vardy getting on the scoresheet, fantasy prem anyone?
Betting tip
Seeing how United how scored in every game but also conceded in every game i will be backing Both teams to score at 71/100 with Bethard.
