Dzeko to get amongst the goals once again
Inter in need of a win
The Nerrazurri started their season in fine form, very challenging the top of the table. But a loss to Lazio and a last gasp equaliser for Juventus in the Derby d'Italia at the weekend sees Inter fall seven points off of table topping Napoli. Edin Dzeko has been a bright spark for Inter, with nine goals in 13 appearances making him a very suitable replacement for Romelu Lukaku. Simone Inzaghi's men will be hoping to set the record straight and push the top two sides in Serie A with a win on Wednesday.
Empoli upsetting the apple cart
Wednesday's hosts have not only shown they can just survive in Serie A, but sitting 11th and with a win against Juventus under their belts, they're showing that they can mix it with the very best in Italy's top flight. A 4-2 win at the weekend against fellow newly promoted side Salernitana, after going 4-0 up in the first half, was another sign that Empoli are here to stay and will be a real test for Inter on Wednesday. Interestingly, Andrea Pinamonti bagged twice last weekend will be looking to get one over on his parent club as he's on loan at Empoli from Inter.
Home disadvantage for Empoli?
Bizarrely, Empoli haven't been great on home turf and have tended to fair far better when on their travels. They've shipped a lot of goals at the Carlo Castellani Stadium, and a talented and experienced Inter front line will be looking to make the most of this come Wednesday. With a plethora of creativity behind the frontline, Inzaghi's side should be looking to pull apart Empoli and dominate proceedings from the off.
Empoli have impressed so far in Serie A, which is why I'm not ruling out either team. However Dzeko's blistering form leads me to believe he'll score again here on Wednesday. That's why I'm going with Edin Dzeko to score anytime with bet365.

Had a mare here. Dzeko didn't start, came off the bench in the 84th minute so we don't even get out money back.
