Helsingborg are enduring a difficult period right now. Four matches without a win and a game where there just nicked a point off lowly Falkenberg.
They were completely overrun by Örebro the last time they played at home, going down 1-4. Last match against Hammarby ended 2-1 but the scoreline doesn’t tell the full story.
Granqvist, who’s usually their rock at the back hasn’t been his usual trustworthy self.
They’ll endure a tough time of it with Gothenburg in town.
IFK Gothenburg
Gothenburg are also a little off the boil at the moment. They’re been dropping points and failing to finish off opponents with a spate of 3 draws in the last 5 matches.
Last time out against Falkenberg they looked weak and failed to really grip the game. Having said that, Gothenburg have only lost 1 in their last 6 games which is a solid record to say the least.
Last time these two met in April it ended 3-1.
Helsingborg vs. IFK Gothenburg
Helsingborg are struggling and not looking like they’re going to pull it together any time soon. Gothenburg, despite a few draws and not finishing their chances, look like they have a great chance at taking all 3 points back with them. Having said that those draws are worrying.
