Another high-scoring game lined up?
Sundsvall welcome Hammarby to the NP3 Arena in Sundsvall, Sweden. Sundsvall are looking to break an extremely negative trend whereas Hammarby are looking to build upon an extremely emphatic win.
Sundsvall
The team from the north of Sweden are having a very torrid time of things having not won a game in their last 9 tries. Their stats are as bad as expected with only 2 wins to their name along with 5 draws and 8 defeats.
It only gets worse. Due to pretty big financial problems (that have since been resolved) Sundsvall were forced to sell their top-scorer and best player during the summer break, Linus Hallenius which basically means that they lost the one guy that could really make a difference.
Despite their bad stats Sundsvall aren't the pushovers they seem to be having only lost 3 of their games with more than a goals difference. Their most frequent scoreline of 2-1 does of course mean that they are bad for losing but it also means that they have been able to compete so all is not lost.
Hammarby
The team from the capital took an emphatic win at home to Falkenberg during the last round with a whopping 6-2 victory which was exactly what the doctor prescribed in order to get their title-challenge up and running again.
Hammarby do very well against the teams in the bottom half of the table and will be content with facing a Sundsvall side in somewhat of a mini-crisis.
Another hugely positive aspect is that prestige signing Alexander Kacaniklic scored his first goals in the green and white shirt. The winger managed a hat-trick as well as an assist which was greatly needed for confidence purposes.
Expect a very revved up Hammarby side.
Betting tip
Hammarby have been involved in a lot of high-scoring games, they always score against the teams below them but have a bad habit of conceding a goal here or there which is why i will be backing Over 2.5 goals at 43/50 with Bethard.
For those looking elsewhere a Hammarby win at 17/25 is also a sensible bet.
