Tight tussle at the top in Russia
Rostov and Lokomotiv is without a doubt the standout fixture in Russia this weekend.
Only three points separate both sides as they look to close the gap on Zenit before they run away with the title. Even if they don't make top spot there's still European football to sure up with a potential second placed Champions League spot in the mix.
Bouncing back
Both sides have recently overcome murky period of form and aim to steady themselves as they hunt for Champions League football.
Rostov and Lokomotiv finished the last round of matches with three points against CSKA Moscow and Akhmat Grozny respectively.
This game couldn't come at a better time with both teams looking to knock lumps out of each other.
Undefeated and piling on the pressure
If you believe the stats you'll have a tough one with this fixture. Rostov have a solid record of 11 undefeated in their last 12, while Lokomotiv likewise have strong away form undefeated in their last 9 of 10.
Not so stable
Both sides tend to set out fairly conservatively in a 4-1-4-1 formation that aims to stabilise rather than too wow their audience.
But with injuries to key player on both sides and a flurry of goals in recent games you'd be surprised if there's solid stoicism in the middle of the park this weekend.
Lokomotiv have got the better head-to-head recently, but only just. And with a trip south never an easy prospect, it's a tough one to call.
FC Rostov - Lokomotiv Moscow Betting Tip
The odds are tight for this one with 1X2 all priced in the same ballpark. Is it worth sticking your neck out on the final result? Yes. Will I? No.
Lokomotiv have only registered a goalless game once in their last 12. While the last meeting between these two in February ended 3-3.
That's why I'm going at Both Teams To Score at a solid 9/10 (1.90). Not as high as a full time result bet but surer and still solid odds.
Happy hunting!

Despite having most of the press for the first half, somehow Rostov went 0-3 down at home by the half but always looked like they had a goal in them.
